How it works
A bespoke system linked to your booking system, which will allow the system to either turn heating up 2 hours before the arrival of the guest. If guests require more or less heating, then this can be done directly from your PMS without impacting guests in any other areas of the the hotel.
Our software and control system, links directly to the pms, and is the first of this type of system to do so.
We also sell the complete systems which will be a bespoke to your building. This can also be retro fitted by a qualified plumber who will also undertake a complete audit of your heating system.
This is an intelligent system, which can save beyond the basic 18% basic valve value.
How is this achieved?
By investing in more energy efficient products that reduce both your energy bills and your environmental footprint, on a standalone basis once. Temperature can be monitored within an area, i.e. Bar area.
A bespoke system linked to your booking system, which will allow the system to either turn heating up 2 hours before the arrival of the guest. It also works on an open window system, i.e. if a guest opens a window the radiator will be turned off.
The system can also have add ons, such as sensors which recognise when a person walks into the room. Can also have a thermostat to show the heating.
